We are seeking to appoint a 1-1 Learning Support Assistant to work in our lovely, rural primary school. Experience of working with children would be an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
The role involves working 1-1 with a child in all aspects of their day (for example, break times, learning time and lunchtime.) The role would suit someone who has good written and oral communication skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work to the highest professional standards. You would need to share our high expectations of behaviour and achievement in and out of the classroom. Joining a caring and supportive team, you will receive a comprehensive induction and training package so that you can continue to develop your professional skills.
