1-1 Support/ Care Worker

We are currently looking for experienced care / support worker ideally with the ability to speak or understand Persian (Farsi) to work one to one with an Iranian (non-English speaking) male client. The right individual will have experience of working in a 1-1 setting with some experience of older adults.

Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day care and support of individuals support with their physical, personal, emotional, and social needs. Other duties include care plans, medication prompting and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams as well as communicate both written and orally on all levels.

Any health care qualifications and any additional specialist training and qualifications will be advantageous.
