Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate 1-2-1 Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support due to their individual needs. You will play a vital role in promoting their learning, well-being, and social development.
Responsibilities:

• Individualised Support: Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet their specific requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with class teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to implement personalised learning plans.
• Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assist in assessing student progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Positive Behaviour Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
