Bolton College is seeking to appoint an outstanding Lecturer B to become part of our ESOL Adult department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and talented Lecturer to join and lead our dedicated and inspirational colleagues. You will be working alongside management to develop the curriculum in line with local and regional priorities. We are a high performing team looking to move to outstanding and welcome applicants who will share this vision and have a proven track record of ensuring very positive outcomes and destinations for students.

The successful applicants will hold a degree or equivalent qualification and PGCE/Cert Ed plus Level 4 specialist ESOL qualification.

Experience of teaching ESOL is essential together with experience of curriculum development, assessment and advising or mentoring staff, trainees and/or volunteers.
