You’ll work directly with General Trade, Wholesale Partners, Key Account Partners and similar Accounts to educate, inform and support them in the sale of our portfolio of products. This role is to cover Wembley and surrounding areasAs a frontline Brand Advocate for PMI, you’ll have excellent product knowledge and a real understanding of our Consumers. Your role will be to drive sales through collaboration and relationship building, enabling Retailers and Wholesalers alike, to maximise their profitability through the successful sales of our products.Gaining insights and a detailed understanding of your territory, you’ll work closely with your Area Activation Manager to create a bespoke sales strategy, initiating ideas to create awareness and sell our Brands. As part of a results focused team, you will support, inspire each other, and share strategies for success.About you•This is a Sales role, with a deeper purpose. We’re looking for someone who can motivate and encourage Store Staff and Owners to share our vision for a ‘Smoke Free Future’, and actively engage, coach and support them to be part of that vision.•To be truly successful, you’ll need to be tenacious, resilient and determined. You’ll thrive on the satisfaction of not only achieving, but exceeding targets…with rewards! You’ll be comfortable with the agility of a demanding and evolving business. •You’ll have experience in a Sales, or target driven environment, have the ability, to utilise supporting data and, be dedicated to keeping the Customer at the heart of your decision making.•You’ll enjoy being creative about your approach, with an entrepreneurial attitude to help build awareness for the brand. •Partnering with Retailers, you’ll need the emotional intelligence to nurture genuine relationships through a business lens. •You’ll have a clean and valid driving licence (and will have held one for at least 12 months) and be based within a one-hour commute of your local territory or, be open to locating to the area.
