This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces.
Job Description:
GTS audit team is looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in day to day project activities such as: meeting minutes, documentation, plans, reports, directing tasks and controlling the schedule, maintenance of project databases, metrics etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing team projects/tasks; track deadlines, ensure deadlines are maintained
- Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones
- Monitors and reports on the progress of all project activity within the project including significant milestones
- Taking meeting minutes
- Weekly update/report to the team on open items, deadline
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of project management experience
- Experience in writing meeting minutes
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, standard procedures
- Proficiency in Word, Excel or any project management tool
