Calling all Graduates and Aspiring SEND Support workers…. Does working at an OFSTED-rated ‘Outstanding’ school where you could help children with SEND needs as a 1:1 SEND Support interest you? If so, at Ribbons & Reeves, we are looking for enthusiastic and supportive 1:1 SEND Support to work for a year, until July 2024.

• In this 1:1 SEND Support Role, you could earn up to £85 a day (including holiday pay!) | Paid via PAYE.
• You will be provided with full training before undertaking the role to be the best in this 1:1 SEND Support Role..
• You’ll be supporting children with SEND with their classwork, along with implementing skills and strategies developed in the classroom in this 1:1 SEND Support Role.
• You will be leading your extracurricular sessions or 1:1 sessions with children outside of the classroom to assist their learning further, and developing your skills

As a 1:1 SEND Support Role, we are looking for the following:

• For the 1:1 SEND Support Role, you'll need a First-Class Degree in Psychology or a related subject.
• Child-Centred Experience.
• Aspirations to become a Psychologist or Therapist in the future.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a calm temperament are needed in this 1:1 SEND Support Role.
