Address An outstanding Secondary School based in Barnet, is looking for an experienced SEND learning support assistant to provide support with a year 11 pupil with Cerebral Palsy. This will be a full time role to start on the 4th October and to continue on for the rest of the academic year. The successful Special Needs teaching assistant will be working under the direction of the class teacher to provide support in the educational and social development of the child within the classroom. The ideal Special Needs teaching assistant must be able to support all areas of learning including developing speech and language skills, building independence and physical development, self-care (including toileting), developing social interaction and communication and practical based learning. This pupil also need help with scribing. This is a full time role to start after October half term. Monday – Friday Pay – £70 - £85 a day
