1:1 Teaching Assistant- September 2024

Prospero Teaching are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Clacton starting September 2024. The successful candidate will be closely supporting a child with special educational needs.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

* Location - Clacton-on-Sea, Essex
* Position - 1:1 Teaching Assistant
* Contract or position start date - September 2024
* Duration / Likely Duration - For the autumn term with a view of extension
* Contract type - Long-Term
* Full time/part time -Full-time
* Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £80 per day (PAYE)
* Hours - 8:30am- 3:30pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous TA experience
* GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references
