A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar Executive Assistant to work for a prestigious Private Equity firm in the heart of Marylebone to support a Partner, Director and Associate. The Executive Assistant will be well versed to working under pressure and in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
- Acting as main point of contact for the Partner, Director and Associate and providing all administrative support to them
- Managing back to back and ever changing diaries
- Inbox management for the Partner
- Booking weekly international and national travel
- Managing and processing expenses via Concur
- Maintain and update CRM database
- Ad hoc personal errands
Ideal Candidate:
- Has worked in Private Equity or investment management before as an Executive Assistant
- Thrives in a fast pace and high-pressure environment
- Professional and immaculately presented
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Natural gravitas, with a can-do attitude and a team player
