Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the SIPP team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the processing and management of client accounts, including data entry and document management.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
