Job description

Urgently seeking an experienced corporate Reception who has also provided wider support in admin and as a PA.

A 12m contract to start end of Jan, early Feb - this will be a busy role, 5 days in, hours 8am to 5.30pm. Based FoH you will work alongside the Office Manager an work collaboratively. The role will be busy and diverse with the priority being to ensure you act as an ambassador for the company, taking on all typical duties ie organising meeting rooms, arranging setting up ad clearing refreshments, meeting and greeting - to assisting with facilities, arranging travel, couriers, wider office support.

The successful person will have an impressive corporate CV with strong evidence of taking on senior receptionist responsibilities along with PA/EA support. A sunny, can do attitude is essential, flexible, proactive, lots of common sense and a team player. Strong communication skills and understanding the importance of being the first point of contact and client facing.
