Receptionist/Admin Assistant Band 2
CAMHS Midlothian Team – Eastfield Medical Practice, Penicuik
This post is for 26 hours per week spread over
Monday to Friday between the service hours of 0830-1630
We are looking for an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure.
You will support the day to day functions and duties of the wider team providing a high-quality administration service to patients/families and the multidisciplinary sector team and other users of the Service.
You will be expected to communicate effectively with patients/families, clinicians, professionals and other administration staff.
It is desirable that applicants possess administration experience within the NHS Health Service or a similar environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
The post will be based at CAMHS Midlothian, Eastfield Medical Centre, Eastfield Farm Road, Penicuik, EH26 8EZ
