1st Line IT Support Engineer

My client is a nationwide, highly established, Managed Service Provider, with 10 (and counting) offices from Scotland all the way down to London. They're highly respected in the industry, with a 5-star rating on Trustpilot and Glassdoor. Due to another recent boom in business, they're looking to welcome another engineer into their technical team.
Day-to-day:
- Supporting the service desk in a 1st Line capacity
- Helping clients with their technical issues via emails and phone calls
- Collaborating with your team and the escalation team to find a resolution for your clients.
- Being the first point of contact for the varied client base
- Providing technical support in a clear and communicative way
Tech Requirements:
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Windows Server and/or Apple OS
- VOIP
