You'll be at the heart of the operations, investigating and resolving helpdesk incidents swiftly, ensuring the ticketing system stays up-to-date. As a NOC Engineer, you'll also keep an eagle eye on network alarms and events during your shift, documenting any ongoing issues for smooth handovers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the services run smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience
1. Strong understanding of network principles.
2. Experience with Cisco routers and switches, with a CCNA certification desirable.
3. Troubleshooting and maintenance experience with Firewalls and/or Security Event management is a plus.
4. Ability to obtain and retain SC clearance.
Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and resolve helpdesk incidents, ensuring timely updates to the ticketing system.
2. Acknowledge and address all network alarms and events during your shift, documenting ongoing issues for handover.
3. Keep the NOC Manager informed of all service-affecting incidents and initiate escalations when necessary.
4. Contribute to a positive team environment and share your expertise to help us grow.
