1stLine Service Desk EngineerStockton-on-Tees£20,000 - £26,000
Day-to-Day:
- Provide front-line technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk team to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the creation and development of technical documentation.
- Maintain and support existing IT infrastructure and networks.
Tech Stack:
- Windows Server
- Office 365
- Networking (Routers/Switches)
- VMWare and/or Hyper-V
- Hardware support
