Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a 1st Line Support Analyst for an organisation in Middlesbrough on a hybrid basis. This is a temporary position for 6 months.
Responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Analyst include:
- Provide technical support and maintenance to all supported IT business users systems, hardware, and applications
- Provide both onsite and remote 1st Line support and configuration to a range of hardware devices
- Ensure timely resolution of requests in line with agreed SLAs,
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer service
- Support in a Microsoft / O365 based environment
- Occasionally assist with 2nd line
- Where possible provide 1st time fix resolution to any issues or problems
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of 1st Line Support
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong focus on customer service a
