1St Line Support - Cloud Solutions - Dartford

My client, a software company specializing in custom Cloud Solutions, is offering an opportunity that will kickstart your IT career in an innovative, supportive environment.

They are seeking candidates with hunger and ambition to join a busy service desk catering to over 120 client's needs. Duties will involve answering first-Line Support calls, troubleshooting initial resolutions, logging onto the ticketing system, and working with Senior team members to resolve issues whilst ensuring customer satisfaction along the way.

To succeed in this role candidates will need to have skills in the following areas:

• Strong troubleshooting skills on applications such as Windows365 & Active Directory.
• Demonstrated grasp of IT and networking principles.
• Effective communication skills with end users.
• Aptitude for independent troubleshooting and reaching ticket resolutions.
• Capacity to maintain accurate records and input data into our ticketing system.

(This role will require you in the office 5 days per week)
