Edinburgh/Hybrid
£25,000 - £30,000
Day-to-Day:
- Providing technical support to end-users both in the office and at client sites.
- Resolving complex technical issues and escalating when necessary.
- Collaborating with the helpdesk team to ensure efficient ticket resolution.
- Assisting in the creation and revision of technical documentation.
- Supporting ongoing projects and contributing to the improvement of IT infrastructure.
