Are you a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer looking to join a well-established, fast-paced local MSP offering a fully remote role and job security?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join one of the South West's leading IT and Communications managed service providers, that are experiencing a period of growth and expansion.

In this role, you will be Joining a close knit, collaborative team of IT Support and Network Engineers. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the chance to work on a variety IT issues for a range of customers.

This role would suit a 2nd LineIT Support Engineer who has prior industry experience, someone who is keen to work in an MSP environment on a remote basis, and looking for great job security

The Role:

• 1st Line IT Support, 365, Active Directory.
• Working in a managed service provider.
• Deal with customer tickets, problem solve.
• General networking knowledge - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPN etc

The Person:

• 1st Line Support Experience.
• Local to Bristol
• Want to work in an MSP.
