2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support (Windows Server / M365 / Networks) is sought by a leading Managed Security Services Provider. You need to have experience of the following:
- Azure AD / Microsoft Entra
- M365
- Defender for Endpoint
- Intune
- Network Appliances including switches
As a 2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support (Windows Server / M365 / Networks) you will be working in a Security Operations Centre / SOC on 24/7 shift within a team. The role involves responding to security incidents, resolving issues, troubleshooting and support for M365, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Entra and more.
You will be working with products such as M365, Azure, Entra, Intune and Sentinel.
