Based out of their modern offices near Preston I am recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer due to the growth of their client base and due to internal promotions.
What experience and attributes are required:
- MSP experience at different levels
- Outstanding Technical abilities
- Fantastic Customer Service experience
- A stable work history
- UK Driving Licence - There could be a requirement to attend customer sites
- Office 365 and Active Directory experience
- A history of working with ticketing systems
- Working with clients and resolving solutions in a timely manner
- Software and Hardware troubleshooting
