As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of IT Support, including the setup, configuration and ongoing management of desktops, laptops and more.

You will also be involved in large company infrastructure projects, providing key support for all IT requirements both in the field and on-premise.

To succeed in this IT support role, you will need some of the following:

• Strong Active Directory knowledge (incl. DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Installation & configuration of a range of software and hardware.
• Supporting Exchange & Office 365 environment of applications including Teams, Planner, SharePoint.
• Maintaining systems, device and data security implementation.
• Laptops, desktops, tablets, mobiles building and configuring.
• IT Support Desk ticket management.

Any of the below certifications, would be highly desirable:

• Comptia A+
• Comptia Network +
• Security qualifications
• Exposure to SQL
• ITILv3
• MCDST
