Job description

2nd Line Support Team Lead – Central Nottingham / Hybrid
£35,000 - £38,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits
This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced 2nd Line Support Team Lead, who has a background in ensuring the effective operation of a company’s IT Support Services. Experience of doing this for a multi-site business would be desirable.
Leading a team of five analysts, you will be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback and developmental support. As well as overseeing the team, this role will require you to lead in resolving complex incidents and critical IT support tasks in a hands-on capacity.
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 2 days per week in their central Nottingham office. Occasional further travel may be required but will be expensed.

Experience:
Previous experience in a leadership role
Experienced developing team members
Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
Account administration (Active Directory, Exchange 365).
Windows environments, Microsoft Office suite, and system management software such as SCCM.
Relevant technical certifications are desirable e.g. ITIL v4.
Effectively, this role is responsible for working with the wider IT team to contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of IT Services for a business with several thousand employees.
