3D Designer - Hybrid Working

Global, design-led apparel manufacturer and supply chain manager, with expertise across all product categories from essentials to fashion in Menswear, Ladieswear and Childrenswear, are recruiting for a 3D Designer.

Duties

• Work closely with Design Manager and design team to create seasonal trend packs, provide 3D options for all trends.
• Respond to all customer 3D requests within 24 hours.
• Undertake self-performance reviews to identify development objectives alongside input from line Manager.
• Manage workload and help support team to target growth season to season for your area under guidance from line manager.
• Translate Designs to 3D for in-house collection, capsules and special programs for customers.
• Research competitors and trends in 3D.
• Adhere to all 3D SOP's to ensure consistent high standard of work
• Communicate and work closely in a team atmosphere
• Be aware of new changes in Clo and research new techniques and methods
• Creativity: Must possess high degree of fashion aesthetic; interest in trends, lifestyles,
• competitors, 3D development and social media.
• Supports introduction of new ideas and has a strong eye for detail. Can work within the
• creative process effectively and supports to bring ideas to fruition.
• Teamwork: Build good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables, overall strong team player.
• Diligent and able to communicate effectively at all levels across the team and organization; effectively works with local and overseas teams.

Skills Required

• 1+ years design experience working on Clo 3D.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or similar relevant qualification
• Confident, strong fashion aesthetic and trend-focused
• Knowledge of technical design, fabrics and other materials
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Knowledge of design-related applications and software (e.g. Clo3D, Illustrator, Photoshop,
• InDesign) a must, plus basic office software (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel …)
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
