We are looking for a highly creative candidate with a strong eye for innovative and imaganative design ideas, incredible visualisation skills and an interest in new approaches to design including digital. The succesful candidate will be reporting to the CD, helping to develop design strategies to deliver the best possible creative solutions for brand-led transformation and activation. As 3D Designer you will explore, conceptualize, and craft design solutions that push boundaries of creativity.
Overview of Resposibilities/ Skills:
Individual responsibility for running your own creative projects, pushing boundaries of creative thinking and ideas generating. Able to establish ways to challenge, improve, and refine the businesses creative input by developing creative projects. Looking to provide a high standard of innovative out put to clients at all times. Able to tactfully challenge briefs and explain the implications and risks of different routes and decisions. Liaisie between internal departments including projects, accounts and the larger creative team. If and when needed, be present in relevant client-facing meetings to liaise on the development of projects, brief taking and such like. Have experience working within a larger integrated team (graphics, architectural and possibly digital). Strong software stills including 3DSMax, VRay, Vectorworks etc and the usual creative software. A good understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication techniques and construction technologies used in retail design and build. Always working on time within the contraints of the clients brief. Understand project pathways to ensure delivery of creative output to expected timeframes. In order to be considered for the role the applicant must be able to supppy a portfolio or on line portfolio.
