They are a managed service provider (MSP) delivering via a private managed cloud and Microsoft Azure. Their bespoke, subscription-based model enables clients to make use of their IT services on a flexible 'pay by user, per month’ basis.
As 3rd Line Engineer, you will:
· provide a final point of escalation and resolution to clients
· provide guidance to Service Desk staff on ticket resolution
· design and implement processes & procedures to improve Service Desk efficacy
· act as the point of escalation for all 2nd line Technical Engineers
· escalate any critical or security incidents appropriately
· As 3rd Line Engineer, you will need experience of:
Citrix (Virtual Desktop and Apps, XenApp/Desktop, Netscaler)
MSP across several clients
a support/technical escalation role (2nd or 3rd Line)
· a broad range of technical skills, both on-premise and cloud technologies
