I have partnered with one of the fastest growing MSP's in the country and we are looking for an exceptional 3rd Line Engineer to join a dynamic, successful team and accelerate their career!

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support for Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, firewalls, databases, and virtualization technologies.
• Escalate issues and maintain communication with the service team.
• Assist in training team members and maintain accurate documentation.
• Occasionally provide on-site support at customer sites.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in 3rd Line support.
• Strong experience within an MSP environment
• Expertise in core infrastructure technologies.
• Industry certifications such as AZ-, MS-, CCA, VCP, CCNA, CCDA, CSA, CSE, AIS, ASE, JNCIA- preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
