3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Luton / Home
3 Month Contract
400 - 450 per day (Outside IR35)

We are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer on an initial 3 month contract. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in central Luton 2 days a week.
The Role:
- To respond to tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure alerts and issues around M365, Exchange online and Citrix related queries.
- Support sys admin projects, including Exchange online, M365, SCCM, Intune etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to all Users of the service.
- Create and maintain relevant technical documentation and knowledge articles.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
- Experience in an infrastructure / Windows server support and admin experience in the following technical environment: M365, (Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint), Email, (Exchange), MS system Centre / Endpoint Manager, Intune. Active Directory admin.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn any new technologies.
- Great team player experience
