7.5 tonne Multi–drop Driver C1

Driver Hire Uxbridge are recruiting for 7.5 tonne Multi–drop Delivery Drivers for our customer based in Southall, the leading construction equipment hire company in Greater London supplying projects across the London, the Southeast and the Northwest.
PAYE 15.50 per hour (including holiday pay)

Monday to Friday (no weekends) Day Shifts Start times may vary Duties:
To deliver and collect tool / plant hire and construction equipment Deliver and collect scaffolding (minimal amount on occasion) Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues Use the PDA to mark of all items delivered and collected in line with procedures laid out Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations Requirements:
Valid UK CAT C1 licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN) At least 1–year experience as a 7.5T driver / LGV / HGV (references required) Have more than 90 days appropriate driving experience (Cat C1) in the past 12 months Physically fit, as some jobs require lifting and shifting Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards Rates of pay:
We pay for a minimum of 10 hours a day (breaks are not paid) PAYE 15.50 per hour (including holiday pay)
