ABCD Community Builder – Lincoln Green
NJC Scale Points 12-17, starting at £26,421 pa/pro rata
18.5 hours per week
This role is fixed term up to September 2025 with possibility of extension.
It may be necessary to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Touchstone has been successful in gaining continued support to run (ABCD)Asset Based Community Development projects, working with the local community. An independent self-starter, you will understand how to work collaboratively and how to engage and bring together the residents in Lincoln Green.
The ‘Community Builder’ role will work with the community to bring about the changes they want to see based on the interests, skills, gifts and knowledge of community. The ‘Community Builder’ will focus on engaging the skills, knowledge and talent of local residents through grassroots initiatives and relationship building. They will identify, engage and motivate Community Connectors who will lead positive change in Lincoln Green. The ‘Community Builder’ will be responsible for a fund to support community activities.
