Abuse Solicitor (3-5PQE)

Your new company
Our client is a UK Top 40 insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a 3-5 PQE Abuse Solicitor to join their Glasgow office during a significant period of growth. An excellent salary and hybrid working structure is available, and negotiable dependent upon experience.
Your new role
This Abuse Solicitor role will see you handle a broad and interesting case load of pre-litigated and litigated abuse cases for both insurer and uninsured clients. You will be required to forensically review and analyse documents. There will be analysis of quantum, liability and causation. This role will require you to prepare witness statements, draft court documents and advise insurers/corporate clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/CILEX with 3-5 years PQE. It is essential that you have litigation and personal injury experience. Defendant experience is not essential, however, it is preferable. Experience appearing in the Sheriff court and as an instructing agent in the Court of Session is preferable.
