Abuse Solicitor

My client, a top 50 UK law firm, is looking to recruit a Local Authority Defence Solicitor to join their expanding department in Leicester.
In this role you will be assisting senior solicitors with their complex caseload as well as managing your own small caseload of your own. The work is for local authorities, covering their full range of services from social care claims (abuse & neglect). The litigated caseload will consist of Highways Law, Occupiers Liability Employers Liability, and Housing disrepair. The work will also include Inquiries and Inquests.
The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified solicitor with experience defending a caseload of litigated files. Although those from a claimant background looking to pursue a career at a defendant law firm are also encouraged to apply.
