Academic Coordinator
Full Time, Permanent. Required for early July or sooner.
Ryde School is a co-educational independent day and boarding school for children aged 2-18 years old. We are currently looking to appoint a highly-organised Academic Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Senior School’s academic management team.
The role is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is able to self-manage and utilise exceptional IT skills to deliver timely management information. Key tasks will involve the significant use of spreadsheets and the dissemination of information as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of personal organisation.
- A flexible attitude, adapting to the needs of the job as and when they arise.
- Experience of working in an education / school environment (desirable).
- Demonstrable knowledge of management information systems (MIS) and/or school databases.
- Self-motivation, able to work under own initiative yet contribute to a wider team when necessary.
- A business administration level 3 qualification (or a commitment to achieve this).
