This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Access and Outreach Team for our Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement directorate.

This involves working with the team to plan and deliver our sustained and intensive access programmes, Brookes Engage and Summer Schools, as well as supporting our progressive provision for mature students and our sustained access programme for care-experienced students.
Qualifications and Experience for the post of Access Projects Assistant:
We want to hear from candidates who have;
● Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
● Awareness of higher education student recruitment and widening participation context.

As a Disability Confident Employer we guarantee to interview any disabled applicant who meets the essential selection criteria.
Flexible working:
We support a work-life balance for all staff, including career breaks, job sharing, flexible hours, etc. The team is based in our recently refurbished offices on our Headington Campus, joining other colleagues who work approximately once or twice a week in the office and the remainder at home. The agile workspace is designed to offer various styles of working, such as collaborative spaces, hybrid meeting spaces, individual workstations and a more relaxed setting of comfy sofas.
