We’re looking for a highly motivated Accompanied Viewer to support our clients fantastic team at their Arnold branch. As and Accompanied Viewer, you will take ownership of conducting viewings in and around the Arnold area of Nottingham.
Key responsibilities of a Accompanied Viewer
The main purpose of your role is to support the sales team within the office with Viewing duties. This will involve conducting viewings at Vendors houses, handing out sales details and dealing with customer enquiries both in branch and over the phone.
Competitive salary with a commission structure. A permanent long-term position is available for the successful candidate.
Skills and experience required
* Driving Licence
* Preferably experience as an Accompanied Viewer or similar sales role
* Customer focussed and comfortable in a client-facing role
* Resilient, positive, numerate and detail-oriented
* Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
* Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
