Harris Health Alliance, a Harris Computer subsidiary, are currently recruiting for an Account Director on a permanent, full-time basis This position will be undertaken remotely in the UK, with the requirement to travel domestically and internationally when there is a business requirement.
Objectives of the position
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Relationship Manager to join our team, focusing on maintaining and expanding strategic client relationships and overseeing client projects as a fundamental aspect of these relationships. This role requires a proactive and strategic professional who is passionate about client success and skilled in managing diverse client projects under the broader umbrella of account management.
Position & Responsibilities
In performing this role your core duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Account Management
- Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship including project oversight, communication, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction and adjust strategies to improve service delivery, including overseeing the successful execution of projects related to client accounts.
- Conduct strategic account reviews to discuss existing projects, evaluate progress, and identify future opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze client data for better strategic planning and client interaction.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding business and enhancing the client relationship.
- Resolve high-level client issues and conflicts, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
What we are looking for
- Proven working experience in account management or relationship management.
- Strong project oversight capabilities with an ability to manage client expectations and project deliverables seamlessly.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
- Preferable experience in NHS technology sector.
