Skills:
- Strong corporate and b2b communications backgrounds
- Background and interest in business enterprise, global issues, technology, Financial Services, entrepreneurship, destination marketing, SMEs would be beneficial
- Good understanding of thought leadership, corporate reputation and the concept of client business development
- Confident networker, happy to represent the firm at external events on a regular basis and attend and drive client meetings
- Excellent editorial and written skills
- Willingness to push the envelope and challenge traditional approaches
- A desire to join big thinking, highly strategic, creative teams
- Strong in media relations and digital campaigns and good relationship builder with clients and media contacts
- Active knowledge and interest of business issues and emerging politics
- Actively contributing to agency internal initiatives; marketing, training/development, mentoring

The Role:
- Managing a diverse range of clients
- Development of creative plans and ideas to address client’s strategic and commercial objectives
- Development of detailed media relations plans to deliver high quality, targeted outputs campaigns around a rapidly changing news agenda
- Oversight of all media relations activity
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and effective client counsel
- Assisting in the development and the running of thought provoking and challenging campaigns
- Lead client meetings – and ensure that junior team members are well prepared to contribute
- Contributing to the organic growth of existing clients and supporting new business opportunities
- Working with and motivating high calibre and intellectually stimulating teams and managing and supporting junior team members
