Account Executive

• Manage accounts enquiries and liaise with Account Department to resolve queries
• Deal with account queries and credit control matters, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and any concerns are raised
• Confirm cover with relevant insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required
• Check and deliver policy documentation from Insurers to client
• Prepare documentation for existing customers in relation to renewals and mid-term adjustments in partnership with management
• Follow up on quotations and lend support to Brokers
• Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately and entered onto system in a timely fashion
• Prepare renewal closings from renewal meeting minutes and ensure cover bound by renewal date

• Robust knowledge of Commercial insurance, with a proven track record of working well within this environment
• Extensive experience with Commercial placement
• CII qualification preferred
• Must have experience using Acturis
• Regulatory awareness and ability to work to FCA guidelines
• Able to interpret data with accuracy and present findings articulately
• Committed to learning and developing industry knowledge pursuing standards in excellence
• Can display a result driven and motivational attitude
• An approachable and open-minded work style with a genuine desire to support both clients
• Excellent communication skills
