Description

As an Account Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting our senior team and delivering
exceptional client experiences. You'll be responsible for:
* Client Support:
o Assisting the Account Director and Managing Director with client project
delivery.
o Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and
addressing their needs.
o Creating and updating project plans and trackers, to ensure projects are
delivered on time and to budget.
o Generating and updating monthly client reports on project progress and key
performance indicators.
o Performing general administrative tasks related to client accounts.
* Website Management:
o Making updates and edits to client websites using CMS platforms like
Umbraco or Wordpress (previous experience using these platforms would be
beneficial but is not mandatory).

Maintaining and updating the website, creating consistent
brand messaging.
o Assisting with social media content creation and posting.
* General Operational Tasks:
o Undertaking general administrative tasks to support the business.

Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* No previous experience within a digital agency required, but a strong interest in
the industry is essential.
