Are you passionate about the creative industry, highly organised with a natural flair for organising?
Do you have a background working within an agency or print production environment?
As an Account Executive, you will use your client facing Account Management experience and knowledge of print/creative to manage the workflow and ensure the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns is efficient and to a high standard.
You will mainly be responsible for clients within the retail industry and work with your department manager, CAD engineer and interact with the studio and production teams.
You must be organised, confident, have superb attention to detail with a passion for consumer marketing and all things brand related.
This is an office-based opportunity, where you will be provided with full training and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating deadlines, workflow, and studio resource
- Working with the CAD engineer to take client briefs and assist with managing projects through the creative studio
- Assisting with weekly processes including resource planning and invoicing
- Reporting on campaign activity to manager
- Assisting the team with conceptual campaign briefs, from undertaking research, to contributing to the creative direction
- Estimating with shuttleworths (training will be provided)
- Liaising with third party suppliers
- Developing an understanding of the clients’ brands, products & services and market.

You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients and be someone who works well under pressure.
