SalaryWe are hiring a Personal Lines Account Handler, based in Stockton-on-Tees, who will be primarily focused on Renewals for the company, with a small amount of new business. However, you will need to be comfortable with both. They are offering a salary up to £30,000 per annum, with a 5% bonus incentive too. The role of Personal Lines Account Handler includes:
- Renewing existing client policies at all levels, including platinum customers.
- Negotiating with Underwriters in benefit of the customers' needs.
- Arranging of Insurance cover for regular and more complex cases.
- Producing company approved documentation for customers.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Attending regular meetings with existing accounts where required.
- Identifying new customer opportunities and acting on them.
As the Personal Lines Account Handler you need:
- Previous experience as a Personal Lines Account Handler or looking to progress.
- Strong Commercial Insurance knowledge is required for this role.
- Live within a commutable distance of Stockton-on-Tees.
