About the role
As a Account Management Executive, youwill be developing strong relationships with clients andstakeholders with the aim of ensuring their needs are met,identifying additional revenue opportunities of other RSM services, enhancing the client experience and retention of their business.

RSM Employer Services offer flexible Payand People services, giving clients all the protection,advice and operational support, they need to be fully compliant, as well as back -office services andsoftware only cloud-based solutions. This could be anything from the supply of a customised online payroll and HR solution to a fullymanaged outsourced solution. Responsibilities Core Account Management Duties · Provide effective relationship management for Employer Services clientele, prospects and the RSM network, includingPartners. · Support the Account Management Team's activities and tasks.
· Conduct account reviews with existing clients (post implementation and ongoing) to assist with identifying and managingexpectations and enhancing service provisionstandards. · Liaise with Account Management Associate Director and team to identify at risk accounts and create an appropriate actionplan. · Handle enquiries from clients and colleagues and act as a point of contact for the Account ManagementTeam. · Maintain a working knowledge of all Employer Services/RSM service offerings
· Assist with ongoing client communications and marketing with the assistance of central RSM National Marketingresources. · Maintain a working knowledge of all ESL product offerings and ability provide on-linedemonstrations of products andfeatures. · Undertake any reasonable Business Development projects and tasks as requested by the Management Team (some travel may berequired) About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organised, and capable of working under their own initiative. You will enjoyworking in a small team and you may be looking to develop your career in Account Management within a business developmentenvironment. Requirements Essential:
- GCSE Maths and English Language - Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) Experience of providing excellent client care in a proactive, fast paced, office-based environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating at a range ofdifferent levels, up to Director Computer literate and technically competent using web sites, web applications etc. Be able to demonstrate consultative approach Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines Be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Attention to detail so issues arerare and limited checking of work isrequired

- Previous experience of using Microsoft Dynamics
