- Identify and cultivate relationships with clients to establish 'Trusted Partner Status'.
- Proactively address client challenges with suitable solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and revenue growth within accounts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
