Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with clients to establish 'Trusted Partner Status'.
  • Proactively address client challenges with suitable solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and revenue growth within accounts.
