SalaryWe are currently looking to recruit for a Junior and Senior Account Manager to join a UK market leading print management company based in Preston.
Established for more than 35 years and now part of a global multi-million-pound organisation this is an exciting business to join who offer excellent benefits and opportunities to progress.
Both positions are customer service (not sales!) driven. We’re looking to find someone with a passion to build and nurture existing relationships and you’ll be assigned a small number of accounts to speak with on a regular basis.
Salary, Location, Hours & Benefits
- £26,000 - £31,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
- After 6 month probation option to join the company bonus scheme and to work from home (hybrid, max 2 days per week)
- 35 hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch
- 27 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays
- Ribbleton, Preston
Duties
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships and serve as the lead point of contact for customer queries (quotations, processing orders, stock management and deliveries)
- Ensure customer orders are received correctly, tracking them from production to delivery and notifying customers of any changes
- Deal with any issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain product knowledge in order to advise customers on the best products for them

- Ideal for someone with a background in sales administration who wants to progress into an account management role
Vacancy 2 – Senior Account Manager
- Experienced Account Manager with a strong value on nurturing business to business relationships
- Experience within the print industry would be an advantage
