Account Manager
We are delighted to be working with a commercial brokerage and leading supplier of commercial vehicles in the UK who are looking to expand their team by finding its next “sales superstar”.
We are looking for a sales executive who can bring energy and passion to their already successful sales team. Using your excellent relationship building skills and offering clients a “customer experience” rather than a “sales” approach, you will convert pre-qualified leads into customers by finding them a fantastic deal on a new commercial vehicle or car.
Whilst adhering to regulatory compliance standards - you will be responsible for building rapport with the customer from the outset by demonstrating exceptional customer service to determine the best possible solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Using pre-qualified leads, you will contact potential customers to secure the best deal available for their choice of car or commercial vehicle.
- Negotiating terms of sale/agreements and closing sales with customers.
- Accurately update the customer database (CRM) and sales records.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving objections.
- Exceeding monthly sales targets to maximise OTE’s through unit sales and profit margins.
Requirements
- You will be self-motivated with a true passion for sales and the hunger to succeed.
- You must be professional, personable, and presentable.
- You will possess the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service and communication skills.
- You will be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in either a B2B or B2C sales role (vehicle sales desirable).
- Full training will be provided with ongoing support.
Salary
- £25K retained salary during 6-month probation.
- £19k basic with an OTE of £48k post probation.
Hours
- 8 hr shifts (37.5 hours per week)
- Rotating between 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
- Mon – Fri
