They specialize in delivering cutting-edge campaigns across multiple platforms, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
The successful candidate will work across various established B2B accounts, develop strong relationships, and drive successful campaigns from inception to execution. As a pivotal member of the agency, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
* Act as a primary point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their objectives and delivering tailored marketing strategies.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
* Provide insightful recommendations and innovative solutions to meet client goals.
* Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, and media to deliver campaigns.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for optimization and future planning.
Experience Required:
* Experience working within a full-service marketing agency or similar.
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
* Experience in translating and overseeing client briefs.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
