Salary - £26,000-£37,000 (£26-£27k basic with performance bonus of up to 10k)
Hybrid role - 3 days onsite in Burgess Hill, parking onsite

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, virtual platforms, and written communication.
- Ensure exceptional customer support to clients globally.
- Provide timely updates and resolutions on orders and account-related issues.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, offering insights into products, services, and operations.
- Coordinate to monitor customer material requirements, deliveries, and returns.
- Analyse and interpret supplier and customer data to optimise service delivery.

- Experience in account management or customer support
