Ideally you will have strong Customer Service Skills however Training is provided.
Salary: £25k - £28k
Key Duties:
- Raising customer orders
- Progress all orders through to delivery
- Build & enhance relationship with customers
- Liaise between customers and studio for artwork approvals
- Maintain internal sales processes
- Customer stock management
- Support for external sales team
- Handle new sales enquires
- Estimating
- Manage customer complaints
Description:
An exciting opportunity has risen to join a highly successful and fast-growing company as an Internal Account Manager. Joining a team of six internal Account Managers your primary role will be to raise customer orders and progress these through to delivery while maintain and building strong relationships with customers. We are looking for someone who can provide a high-quality customer experience, primarily by telephone and email but will involve some customer meetings at our purpose-built site. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment in a challenging role.
