Role: Energy Account Manager
Location: Hybrid - 2 days in the offices (Coventry)
Salary: £30 - £45K DOE + benefits package
Summary:
We are working with a renewable energy consultancy which is one of the UK’s leading and trusted providers of sustainable energy solutions. They are looking for an Energy Account Manager to manage relationships with a portfolio of complex client contracts and service packages associated with the delivery of technical installations and the import and export of energy. Key responsibilities:
- Manage long term relationships with a group of complex clients and lead on issue resolution
- Lead communication with the client and all associated delivery partners/stakeholders.
- Electricity & gas purchasing and sales.
- Electricity and gas import and export contract negotiation / renewals.
- CHP engine run-regimes.
- Create project plans for assigned set of projects and drive the progress, keep on track and to budget.
Skills & experience required:
- 3+ years' managing accounts and / or relationships with a portfolio of clients within the Energy sector
- Excellent Energy knowledge e.g. - Energy Import & Export / Tendering / Bill Validation / Contract Renewal
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a range of audiences
- Ability to prioritise, evaluate and resolve unexpected issues that impact service delivery teams.
- Calm and well organised under pressure.
- Presentation of management information (financial and service) to senior management
- Solid Excel, client databases and CRM systems.
- Track record of implementing complex projects with strict deadlines and numerous stakeholders.
