Role: Energy Account Manager

Location: Hybrid - 2 days in the offices (Coventry)

Salary: £30 - £45K DOE + benefits package

Summary:

We are working with a renewable energy consultancy which is one of the UK’s leading and trusted providers of sustainable energy solutions. They are looking for an Energy Account Manager to manage relationships with a portfolio of complex client contracts and service packages associated with the delivery of technical installations and the import and export of energy. Key responsibilities:

• Manage long term relationships with a group of complex clients and lead on issue resolution
• Lead communication with the client and all associated delivery partners/stakeholders.
• Electricity & gas purchasing and sales.
• Electricity and gas import and export contract negotiation / renewals.
• CHP engine run-regimes.
• Create project plans for assigned set of projects and drive the progress, keep on track and to budget.

Skills & experience required:

• 3+ years' managing accounts and / or relationships with a portfolio of clients within the Energy sector
• Excellent Energy knowledge e.g. - Energy Import & Export / Tendering / Bill Validation / Contract Renewal
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a range of audiences
• Ability to prioritise, evaluate and resolve unexpected issues that impact service delivery teams.
• Calm and well organised under pressure.
• Presentation of management information (financial and service) to senior management
• Solid Excel, client databases and CRM systems.
• Track record of implementing complex projects with strict deadlines and numerous stakeholders.
